I, (Customer requesting service), agree to the following terms and conditions for the rental of described services provided by Budget Bins.
Pricing & Payments:

Customer agrees to pay (base fee) for the 20-yard dumpster, which includes up to 4.5 tons of materials. Any additional weight over 4.5 tons will be charged a $70 fee.

Customer is responsible for any additional landfill fees for specific items such as tires, appliances, hazardous materials, etc.

The rental period includes use for up to the agreed-upon number of days. If the dumpster is kept beyond the scheduled pickup date, an additional charge of $55 per day will apply.

Payment for all base fees, as well as any prearranged extended rental time, is due upon delivery of the dumpster. Any additional fees for overweight charges or landfill penalties must be paid within 14 days of pickup.

Any unpaid balance after 14 days will accrue 15% interest from the date of pickup until paid in full. A minimum $25 late fee will also be applied.

If paying by check and the check is returned for insufficient funds, the customer is responsible for any returned check fees.
Dumpster Use:
Prohibited Items:
While in your possession, you will NOT place or allow the following materials in the dumpster:

Hazardous or toxic materials (corrosive substances, chemicals, etc.).

Any liquids, whether contained or not.
-
Uncrushed cans, drums, or containers capable of carrying liquid.

Medical waste or animal carcasses.

Asbestos, paint, gas bottles, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, vehicle batteries.

Household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, washers, dryers).

Extremely heavy materials (e.g., rock, dirt, concrete).

Any waste exceeding the height of the dumpster’s sides.
Customers must evenly distribute materials within the dumpster to avoid imbalance.
Liability:
The customer is liable for any loss or damage to the rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
Access & Ground Conditions:

The customer is responsible for ensuring suitable access to and from the delivery location. This includes the removal of any obstructions and verifying the ground can support the weight of the dumpster.

Budget Bins is not responsible for damage to surfaces (e.g., driveways, sidewalks, soft ground) caused by the weight of the dumpster. Customers should take necessary precautions before delivery.

If the dumpster causes damage to concrete or asphalt during loading or unloading, Budget Bins is only responsible in cases of negligence.
Failure to Return:
If the customer fails to return the dumpster, Budget Bins reserves the right to enter the property without notice and remove the dumpster at the customer’s expense. The customer waives any claims for damages related to such removal.
